Juggling work, son, fitness and everyday responsibilities, Juli-Anne, realized that she needed a snack that was not filled with sugar, and processed ingredients and for those busy days when balancing work and parenting was a challenge to eat right.
Armed with many years’ experience in the food industry and with the influence of her yogi training, Juli-Anne decided to get busy in her kitchen to explore simple, nutritious and delicious combinations that would not only be filling but would provide her with the necessary energy without the higher sugar content of most granola and snack bars.
Each snack has its own nutritional properties that reflects her Tropical background like Raw Ginger to aid digestion, Almonds for protein, Dates for energy, Flax Seeds for omega 3 fatty acids and Coconut for its fiber. You can recognize every ingredient when you read the label.
